Front of House

Click on each of the fotos to see a screen-size image of each of these little pictures.

The house is obscured from the road by a dense cluster of trees. The entrance from Spring St. is about the width of the actual property ... the property kind of funnels down to this point ... the drive curves to the right around the trees and you see the first image above ... of the front yard and front of the house. It is a lovely combination of white vinyl siding and red brick ... a very appealing looking house.

Back & Side Views

There is no garage. Through the door on the North side deck is a small passage way between the kitchen (on the left) and the sun room (on the right) ... that opens directly into a pantry.

The sun room and the family room have French doors that open to the rear (West) of the house.

The far end is where the Master bedroom is located ... and the 2nd fireplace.

Communal Rooms

View from the front door ... through the foyer ... into the family room. Just to the right is the living room.
Fireplace in the family room.


Sun room has French doors and is located on the west side of the house ... just north of the family room. Has a passage way that connects to the side door and the kitchen.


The kitchen has lots of cabinets ... Needs appliances.


There's the bay window in the living room.


the bottom foto is a view through the living room to the dining room. Notice the Tray ceiling. The dining room connects into the kitchen.

Master Bedroom

The other fireplace is in the Master Bedroom. It has a Tre ceiling ... just like in the front living room.

The sink is missing.

Through the doorway past the tub is a really LARGE walk-in closet.
There's also space to the left of the toilet room for a small closet.

2nd & 3rd Bedrooms on the Left

Both of these bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

The Bedrooms Hallway

This is a really WIDE hallway ... wide enough to drive a golf cart down ... although I don't recommend doing this at home. Easy to move large furniture or beds into the bedrooms.

This other foto is of the view from the kitchen across the family room ... it's a HUGE room ... and needs carpet!


There are three of these lovely light fixtures in the hallway.

First 2 Bedrooms & Hallway Bathroom

The first 2 bedrooms ... as you proceed down the hallway ... are the largest. Directly opposite the first bedroom on the left is the hallway bathroom. The bathroom has a small ante-room. Next past the bathroom is the water heater ... then the other large bedroom.

Backyard Shed

The roof on this building needs to be replaced.

Heating and Cooling

There are 2 separate heat pump units ... inside and outside. One is located next to the front lobby. The second one is in the closet of the second bedroom on the left ... halfway down the hall.

2 Thermostats.

Just one water heater.
